Food for thought.... If you are ever planning to put a dodger in, a nice glassed "sill" would be helpful. So, you can build those on both sides of the hatch, and then use them as pillars for a straight track across. Get a curved look, a straight (and thus cheaper) traveller, and be ready t...

Agreed. To it's credit, it is also a rubberized limited universal joint, which should help with vibrations and small misalignments whether over time, or instantaneous after, say, whacking a log with the prop.

The water in the bilge is suppose to be that way. Yes and no. We all strive to get our boats "dry" so that there is never any water in the bilge. This is impossible in most cases. Water finds it's way into the boat. The trick is to have that happen without doing damage, or getting the bre...

Well, if it's linear, which it probably is not........my 26000 pound Catalina did fine on 44 horses...... So my guess is that a 15 horse Honda or similar, with the proper length shaft and the proper prop er, would do fine. I have no scientific data to back that up. Just an educated guess. The 9.9 wo...

Plug the holes, fill cavity with thinned epoxy. Wait five minutes, drain into container, use the goop to treat a non cosmetically important area. Repeat as necessary.
