Its got a Hobie 14 hull on her now. I think I'm going to leave it as an outrigger, I have a hobie 12 monocat rig which will probably be too small, 90 sq ft but I want to give it a try. I have access to two hobie 16 hulls but that would double the weight of the boat and would need a big sail plan.

Outrigger Project
It started life as a wood\epoxy 16' whisp rowing skiff, was converted into a trimaran, and is now a proa I guess. Don't know if I want to convert it back to a tri or just restore it. freedom 21 Catboat and Carbon Fiber Mast
Hi all- I'm thinking of purchasing a Freedom 21 catboat, Any Thoughts? My main concern is the unstayed carbon fiber mast. the boats were built back in the 80's, I'm wondering on the longevity of these masts. Thanks for any info. Mark

Old Harbor Block Island
I want to try anchoring in Old Harbor with my Typhoon. I'm thinking I can squeeze in close to the beach by the North breakwater. Anyone every anchored there?
