Hey Bryon, when did you have the "Campbell Sailer" made for you?
I too have one, it was made back in late 80's or early 90's It's all standard sizing eg: 1/4" keyway etc.
Is it possible it might have been "modifed" ?

Anodized material when cut, drilled or sanded leaves a new surface that is not anodized. I don't see this as an option at any price. Making the pieces (cutting, sanding, drilling screw holes, whatever) then having them anodized is certainly a viable route, but is is really much cheaper than bronze ...

Why use MEK? Because it's listed by the manufacturer as a thinner, as is acetone. Take a look at their website for verification. You guys must think I wrote MEK Peroxcide; I did not. On this subject people, I'm thinking of installing thru-hulls at slightly above the waterline for both my galley and vanity sinks ... anything wrong with that? They'll certainly be in the wash while sailing 'flat' but, only submerged proper when on a starboard tack.
