Surprising find a couple of years ago. Don't know if it's FL related or not but I came across 5200 at HD for like 7-8 Bucks.

I know it's not the sealant of choice for most apps but where you only plan on destroying something to remove the item, here it is reasonably prices. I know to there is a Debond product some people use for removing the attached piece but for me, I only use it where I never plan on needing to remove or replace the item.

5200, fast and slow cure and 4200 fast and slow cure areall available in every Walmart I've been in also. Small tubes for about that same price.
