Ordered from them twice. Unfriendly, unhelpful, expensive. But nobody else has these parts.

Ordered from them once. Never received the part. Never charged me. Never contacted me about the part or order. Never plan on doing business with them again.

Rig-Rite is ridiculous. I once tried to order some parts there. They were unhelpful and ridiculous. Needless to say, I never placed the order, nor did I get the parts.

I'd rather buy a new spar than ever try to do business with that place again. They don't even register on the radar anymore.
