Well, I have placed laminated beams epoxied inplace under the gunwales to strengthen the upper portion of the hull ( to support deck and fit into the bulkheads). Removed most of the old paint inside, cut and fitted bulheads and floor braces but did not place them in yet. I found the old foam in the 20 cubic foot bouyancy chambers located in the cockpit area, to be totally saturated with salt water, and had cut them out totally. This does allow me to move the cabin further aft, and make the stern area more effecient for my uses. The bouyancy will be replaced with an equivelent amount at a higher local in the hull.
Also found several patched bullet holes in the bow area.
