I was about 10 or 12 when I decided I was going to build a boat and take it around the world; time sure passes quickly, about 5 years ago I bought the empty hull of a Bruce Roberts sloop and started in. Last year I was diagnosed with a cancer and nearly gave up on my dream, some dear friends pried me off the couch and out of the pity pot and now my boat Amnesty is almost done! I decided to take the worst news I ever had and turn it into something worth while. Amnesty is going to be the flagship on the first 'Victory Lap', we are going to take a fleet of boats carrying folks affected by cancer on a trip around the world. This is going to happen after hurricane season in the Caribbean, I will be happy to keep things current, this is going to be a world class event.
Thanks
My Dream
