Can you describe what the layers are that you can see quite well in this photo:

Is the deepest layer fiberglass?

Thank you kindly.

So hardware fastener holes you knew you would reuse you passed over and only filled small holes that wouldn't be reused (eg dodger fasteners-filled stanchion bases-not filled) ?

It appears the deck I'm working on is solid glass, non-cored.
