So the stuff David is using is different from the stuff Peter is using. I'm going to go with the System Three for sure... Nothing last forever right? Besides I the non toxic part of it is EXTREMELY inviting. Currently all of my wood mast and boom fittings are 5200'd on. I've been slowly working on removing it. Dolfinite would be the material of choice here then? I agree. I've been looking for anything bad about the stuff online. Seems all I can find are people complaining that it's not glossy enough... That works perfect for me. I'm still leaning that way, especially after reading your blog. I'm not painting right away but I will be fairing, barrier coating...

I can relate to the picture above... Took FOREVER to be able to get this out. In the end the bulkhead to the centerline of the boat was so rotten from water that we just yanked that out and removed the box that way.

Had to break down and try one too! Got lots of sanding ahead of me. I've got 2 Dewalt random orbital sanders and I love them. The PC 7335 looks like it would be more comfortable on above the head surfaces than the Dewalts.

Here in the NW I'm seeing quite a difference in cure time with my MAS medium hardener from this summer to now. At about 30 degrees at night and 55-60 during the day it takes about 3 days to get to the point where I can sand the epoxy and do anything to it. Anything before then clogs up my sandpaper.
