Hi.
I've seen an ad for this boat here in Lisbon but apparently all that is known is that it came from Hong Kong.
I thought of Jaguar, Columbia, even Pearson...
Can anyone identify it so I can learn more about it?

Tim is exactly right. It's a Taipan 28. Jim Baldwin documented a Taipan refit project on his website. Here is the link (Taipan Refit).
